What makes our yoga unique?
At LEF Climbing, our yoga classes are as dynamic as the climbing community we serve. Instructors and styles rotate regularly, so there’s always something new to experience—whether it’s a grounding Hatha session, a sweaty Vinyasa flow, or a recovery-focused Yin class.
This rotating format keeps your practice fresh, helps you discover new techniques, and exposes you to a variety of teaching styles and approaches to movement and mindfulness.
All levels welcome – no prior experience required. Just bring a mat (or borrow ours), an open mind, and a willingness to move. Join us on the mat and explore how yoga can support your climbing, recovery, and overall well-being.
Yoga is included with gym membership. Nonmembers can pay a day rate to participate.
