Mosaic Youth Climbing Team – Explorers (Ages 6-9)

**This is the prepaid 1-day a week option**

Our Explorers program is designed for young, new climbers looking to gain confidence and hone their skills on the wall. This program meets once weekly and incorporates climbing games, activities, and technique instruction to build a solid climbing foundation.

Details: 

• Prepaid for the whole season: $283.50
• Weekly classes: Mondays 4:30pm-5:30pm OR Wednesdays 4:30-5:30pm
• September 14th/16th - November 30/Dec 2nd
• Rental Gear Included (shoes and harness)

What to Expect:
This program blends fun, movement exploration, and climbing skills:

Main Focuses:

• Team-building games that spark imagination and trust

• Group and individual climbing challenges using top rope, auto-belay, and bouldering

• Identifying hold types and using beginner to intermediate techniques

• Climbing movement, balance, and foot placement

• Strengthening problem-solving and critical thinking on the wall

The Explorers Team builds a strong foundation for future climbers—encouraging independence, teamwork, and a lifelong love for climbing.
