Functional Strength & Fitness
My goal is to help people get stronger, move better, and feel more confident in their bodies. We'll likely use a mix of strength training, conditioning, mobility work, core training, grip strength, and injury prevention exercises.
The class will be beginner-friendly and scalable for all fitness levels. Since this is a new class, I'd also like it to evolve based on the people showing up and what they're looking for. Maybe that's getting stronger, improving climbing performance, building endurance, body recomposition, or simply feeling healthier and more capable in everyday life.
Ultimately, I want this to be a fun, supportive environment where people can challenge themselves, make progress, and enjoy training
