Whether you’re looking to stretch out after a tough climb, improve your flexibility, or just find a moment of calm, our Yoga Program offers something for every body and every level.
All levels welcome – no prior experience required. Just bring a mat (or borrow ours), an open mind, and a willingness to move. Join us on the mat and explore how yoga can support your climbing, recovery, and overall well-being.
A message from Emily-
I have been involved with yoga and climbing for about 8 years. I love how complementary the two activities are and believe that in combination, they can be used to enhance each other. My approach focuses on using yoga to enhance climbing performance, from improving flexibility and balance to increasing mental focus and breath control. Likewise, I also bring elements of climbing into yoga to build strength and body awareness.
Yoga is included with gym membership. Nonmembers can pay $10 to participate.
