Whether you’re looking to build strength for a tough climb, improve your health, or just experience a moment to build community, our Weight Lifting Program offers something for every body and every level. Come join our staff member Luke Tacy, Certified Personal Trainer.
All levels welcome – No prior experience required. Just bring your closed-toe shoes, an open mind, and a willingness to move.
A message from Luke-
This class is all about weight lifting for those looking to gain strength in a sustainable way with a supportive community. The class is geared towards beginner and intermediate lifters and those who are interested in gaining strength for climbing. Each week will target different parts of the body. Chest and back one day, then core the next for example. We will cycle back to the top at the start of each month and learn new movements as we go. This way we make sure we get every muscle trained up!

Weight Lifting is included with gym membership. Nonmembers can pay $10 to participate.
